Firewood Processing RFP released

NVE is soliciting proposals and fee information from private companies or persons interested in processing approximately 500,000 bd/ft of decked lumber into firewood and clean up of same processing lot. The lots are located adjacent to Cabin Lake Road and on the Copper River Highway at 15 mile near Cordova, Alaska. Summer Employment Opportunities at DENR

Spend your summer in one of Alaska (and America's) most wild and beautiful places! NVE is now accepting applications for Camp Leads and Fisheries Technicians (based out of remote research camps along the Copper River), and summer interns (based in Cordova, Alaska, with occasional trips to remote camp sites). Electronics Recycling Drive

NVE is collecting electronics for recycling until 5pm on Friday, January 22. Bring your old electronics, including computers, TVs, stereos, microwaves, and CFLs, to the white trailer behind NVE's offices. Please, no large kitchen appliances or anything containing freon.
